1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the InforFlow WebDB® Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, belong to InforFlow Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

3. License: InforFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with the chosen license type. The license is for the specified duration and is subject to compliance with these terms.

4. Data and Privacy: InforFlow respects your privacy and takes appropriate measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge and agree that the security and confidentiality of data transmitted or stored on the Platform cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data uploaded to the Platform.

5. Product Deployment: We do not sell our product online. Instead, we provide a demo of the InforFlow WebDB® Platform to showcase its capabilities. If you are interested in deploying our product in your environment, we will enter into an agreement with you to discuss the terms, customization, and deployment process. 6. Limitations of Liability: In no event shall InforFlow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any actions taken based on the information provided. InforFlow's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the license.

7. Termination: InforFlow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the Platform and delete any copies in your possession.

8. Modifications: InforFlow may update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, as InforFlow Limited is registered in the UK.
